ON TO PRINCE RUPERT

June 4 & 5, 2016 Saturday and Sunday

Two days of driving across British Columbia.  Watching out for wildlife along the road kept us alert and hopeful.  The bear count is up to 12, the moose and elk have been elusive but are supposed to be out there somewhere.  I guess they didn’t get the memo about where the signs are.
The wildflowers are incredible.  Red Indian Paintbrush, Blue Lupine, White Daisies, Yellow Mountain Dandelion, Red Columbine, Purple Calypso Orchids, Blue Flax, .  .  .  .

Hey, everyone.  If you are reading this blog, please post a comment to give me some feedback.  It's getting hard to find WI-FI and take a long time to upload photos.  If no one is reading this, there is no point in spending the time.  : )

  1. I'm enjoying your travels-especially the pictures. Keep up the commentary-a few less pictures of Ed.👹. Just kidding. We had a 🤕 outing last wk. Went fishin on StMarys Lake; got a couple nice bluegills & some little ones. Then Debbie crashed in the boat & bonked her head on the seat. 5 stitches & a shiner later all is well (except for pride). Other than that we're squeeking by. Tiedgens went in the big lake yesterday. Read the LDN about the Guiness Book Of World Records attempt. Longest dessert. Park St to the library, lotta standing around, big whoop.
